We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging cannot be accounted for. Any returns must be in the original packaging, including the story cards, with proof of purchase.

Items will be delivered as soon as possible and are shipped from Hawaii. Please expect an extended timeframe for custom orders.
